Pamela Junge, CCIM
Pamela Junge serves as President of The Junge Group, a Las Vegas real estate firm specializing in commercial, residential, and business brokerage. The Junge Group is Brokered by eXp Commercial and eXp Realty, a global powerhouse that is nearly 85,000 agents strong. Mrs. Junge joined the firm in 2019 and has been active in the Las Vegas real estate community for over 35 years. Prior to joining eXp, Mrs. Junge co-owned and operated a boutique brokerage, First Real Estate, managing approximately 75 agents and working closely with city and county governments on expansion and development projects. Prior to that, she served as an account manager at Interstate Mortgage, overseeing over $50M in private investor funds utilized as bridge-to-consumer loans to local developers for both residential and commercial projects. While at First Real Estate, she earned her CCIM designation – the highest level of scholar achievement in commercial real estate and she currently serves on the Southern Nevada which keeps her involved in education outreach with local colleges, while overseeing all aspects of her company.
Frankie Valle
Frankie Valle spearheads the Commercial and Industrial Division in The Junge Group. Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV with a passion for commercial real estate, finance, investments, dealmaking, transparency, and communication. He is the first agent to join eXp Commercial and the first Certified eXp Commercial Advisor in Nevada. Prior to joining The Junge Group, Mr. Valle held his license at First Commercial Services working with Kevin Buckley and Pamela Junge and was fortunate enough to start his career with a commercial internship which led to 2 years of working together. Thanks to Kevin and Pam’s connections and proven history with Las Vegas real estate allowed Mr. Valle to be a part of large institutional and government transactions across all asset types as a newly licensed agent. Mr. Valle is now in his 6th year of commercial real estate and specializing in industrial investment/owner-user sales and leasing while symbiotically running The Junge Group with Pamela Junge. He graduated with Bachelor in Business Administration from the William Woods University
