🎥 ON THIS EPISODE We interview Tyler Cauble. Tyler Cauble started his commercial real estate career at a boutique development firm at the age of 21. Before the age of 25, he had sold over $12,000,000 in commercial real estate. In the commercial real estate industry, the average broker is 54 years old, and, as a Millennial, Tyler became more and more frustrated with the industry’s inflexibility, lack of innovation, and resistance to new technology.

To give him the freedom to innovate and disrupt the industry, he went out on his own and created The Cauble Group. Nashville Business Journal recognized him for having one of Nashville’s top 25 commercial real estate brokerages in The Cauble Group’s first year. He then launched his Amazon best-selling book Open For Business: The Insider’s Guide to Leasing Commercial Real Estate, grew his Instagram following to over 13,000, and launched a YouTube channel with over 300,000 views. Three and a half years after started the company, it has sold over $68,000,000 in real estate.
